My girl turns 4 years old on April 27. She is not quite well on that day, but she was happy. I didn’t make pink princess dress as she requested earlier as I was too occupied with other things. On her birthday, she says “mummy, I don’t want anything I just want to eat cake”. I should have made pink custom cardboard boxes for her as she loves crafts.
If there is one thing I find the most annoying attitude that my kids use to do during our shopping for grocery is playing with the wall mount barcode scanner. Both son ‘A’ and girl ‘B’ loves playing with it. They will find their usual items, which are the toys not one but two or three on their hand. Sometimes I give up of asking them not play with it as they will repeat it again after being told. So what I do is asking the security to tell them not to play. It works better sometimes. Do you have similar experience?
He is 13 months old today. He has his first swim last Saturday. Here are pictures to share. I’m working on another sewing project for my girl. So far, I have made a skirt, 2 dresses for my girl, a collar shirt and pants for my little C. My time has been so occupied with all the sewing and I’m hooked to it.

Okay, so I bought a sewing machine early this year, and I have been playing with it. So here is my first self-made dress for my girl and more to come. I still need to be familiar with the pattern and the style of sewing. A lot to learn but it’s fun. This weekend I plan to go and search for a sewing magazine or book. I learn a lot from an online tutorial.
On top of that, I have been reading a lot on natural cholesterol treatment, low cholesterol food selection in daily diet, regular exercise, a small food portion and reducing the sugar intake. Ha..ha no! I’m just kidding.
“No more bottle mummy”. That is what my girl been telling me since 2 days ago, and yesterday she asks me to throw her bottle milk. Yes! Today onwards she is no more drinking milk from the bottle and will be using glass instead. She said that she is a big girl already. So just to test her, I tried convincing her again that drinking milk from the bottle is nice, and she firmly says “I told you already, I want to use glass”. Hehehe… I may be considering buying her skechers shape ups shoes, since she loves running.
There are no other pleasant moments than watching my kids playing and become the best of friends with each other. Though it is common for brothers and sisters to fight, but it is also a moment that strengthens their bonding and sometimes a normal fight is necessary for them to grow and learn many things. I know it is upsetting to see and hear when everything goes smoothly and suddenly ruins by their unpleasant attitude such as fighting and that’s where the mummy comes to the rescue.
There is time where I’m undecided whether or not to interfere in a particular situation. So without much talking I would separate the two of them one on the left corner and the other on the right. I would ask them to sit still, no talking and think what they should do next. After a few minutes, it is my boy who initiates the action by saying sorry to my girl, and they become friends again. What a moment! I wonder whether one of them would become a mesothelioma lawyer when they grow up.

Times are definitely flying very fast and he is already 11 months old today. Another month and he is 1 year old.
Milestones this month
• He loves being catch. He will try running and hide behind the sofa.
• Loves playing peek a boo
• Loves opening drawers and cabinets
• Learning to drink from a cup.
• Trying to communicate with gestures instead of crying.
• Loves pointing his finger to object.
• He’ll give a response to a question
Yesterday was a Public Holiday, and we stayed at home. We clean the whole house my 2 kids were complaining but enjoy the chores assigned. Hubby helps scrubbing the bathroom floor and throwing rubbish. Everybody is tired after all the chores and what do we do? We decided to go out eat McDonald and ice cream and bring the kids to the park. How nice and we did look for Grohe faucet to replace the current faucet in the kitchen.
Yeah.. When nothing else to do, having fun is the best. This morning we started our mini activity with reading by mummy. I pick “Why me God” book. After the reading, we go into singing and dancing. The kids enjoy it. At first my boy A not interested in participating, he says “I’m not a small child”. But after watching my girl B and baby C having fun, he joins the crowd. After all the reading, singing, running, I let them play with their own activity while I’m preparing for the lunch. As usual, son A will be on a computer watching his Ben 10 stuff on you tube, girl B also on the other computer playing her sponge bob game online and baby C with his car.
