Some people are desperate to lose weight for a certain reason and one can easily make a wrong decision to choose any weight loss products as they are so many of them in the market. I come to know an eco friendly household including loss weight product recently, they are non toxic and also no chemicals were use. I became a member and plan to use it for family use.

TV stand

April 30th, 2010 No comments

My kids love to stand in front of TV while watching their favorite channel. The tv stands that we currently have are too low for them. I am looking for one that is adjustable height and space saving. I saw one in the furniture shop recently, elegant and contemporary style and I love it but the price was a bit high for our budget.

Quotes – Mother

April 29th, 2010 No comments

The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before. The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new. ~Rajneesh

Motherhood is priced Of God, at price no man may dare To lessen or misunderstand. ~Helen Hunt Jackson

Mother’s day is next week and I’m trying to finish my giveaway gift. I just finish making a basket from the kid’s outgrown clothes. I shall use it to put all my thread, and maybe I might try to make equestrian clothing and hubby will say “this will take years until you can master the skill to make such a clothing”.

She is 4 years old

April 29th, 2010 No comments

My girl turns 4 years old on April 27. She is not quite well on that day, but she was happy. I didn’t make pink princess dress as she requested earlier as I was too occupied with other things. On her birthday, she says “mummy, I don’t want anything I just want to eat cake”. I should have made pink custom cardboard boxes for her as she loves crafts.

Losing weight poem (Spiritual diet)

April 24th, 2010 1 comment

I saw this poem while browsing the net today. Good one! and is better than any herbal diet supplements. Meditate and chew on it.

This year I’m going on a diet!
In prayer and humility.
I’m going to reject those enticing
spoonfuls of impatience,indifference,
intolerance, criticism;
Refuse to take part in bouts of
depression,ingratitude,selfishness.

Instead
my diet includes unlimited amounts of
quiet patience,true compassion,
bubbling joy,deep understanding,
unending forgiveness,unconditional love.
These can be taken at any time of the day
in quantities that are as large as possible!

I’m going to exercise, too –
my God-given authority –
to see, feel, and act rightly.
not just a ten-minute exercise,
but continuously, hourly, every minute –
a moment-by-moment mental s t r e t c h i n g –
each day more than I did the day before.

In this way
the true outline, the embodiment
of elegant balance, perfect proportion,
the Soul-filled harmony of God’s being
will be seen as me.

Bath time is fun

April 24th, 2010 No comments

That is what my kids say when it’s bath time. Just to show them that bathing routine is not boring I let them play in the bathroom. I do concern about their safety while playing as they might be prone to slip and injure themselves. They can spend time hours in the bathroom just to play. If only we can afford to get a walk in tubs for them as I have discovered that they are relatively safe to use and also enable them to have a more relaxing experience.

Disability insurance

April 24th, 2010 No comments

In the place where my husband works, all their employees were entitled to disability insurance. The sum insured were based on their job position and it’s covered all kinds of incidents that happened during working time. I find this is a very good benefit as not all company provides it. This will help the employee to have financial stability when they are no longer able to perform in their job after an accident.

Security concern

For safety and security concern some company is implementing a pre-employment screening program to reduce the cost of hiring the wrong person and the difficulty faced by them in getting honest and reliable employees. I never encounter such a screening in Malaysia and I’m not sure whether there is one but in some countries they do have such a program. With the increase of violence at work I think it is a good idea for a company to implement such program.

When wealth is lost, nothing is lost; when health is lost, something is lost; when character is lost, all is lost.
– Billy Graham

How true! There is another saying by Josh Billings goes like this “There’s lots of people in this world who spend so much time watching their health that they haven’t got the time to enjoy it. So let us take time to enjoy our health and start planning a balance diets that work for our family.
